Personnel Board of Jefferson County

I've gotten two jobs through the personnel board of Jefferson County, so I'm thankful for them... But they did allow my previous employer to outsource my job without any formal warning. I called the personnel board and told them 6 months ahead of time that there were rumors along with confirmations from other networks/companies that (the city) used to do our job that we would all be losing our jobs. The personnel board hr employees told me not to worry and that it couldn't happen. Low and behold I had to find myself a new job only weeks before my wedding...I have three children to provide for...MOST STRESSFUL TIME OF MY LIFE.

Along with testing in the past, I have recently gone for classes. I find the center and educators inviting and beneficial.
