The 2nd lady was sweet but im sorry there should be no reason to wait for 1 hour to send some mail.

This facility lost me a very important package, and I went to the office and nobody helped me, the woman in front only told me that my package was not there and I was looking on my phone that the package was there, she did not check anything on the computer, and the emails are always super late

I don’t know what is the reason to make appointment for passport renewal? We had to wait 1 hour, I couldn’t wait any longer and I left with out my renewal. Completely dissatisfied!

I’ve used several USPS this week and this one really stands out. I was shipping something I sold off eBay, completely unawares of what I was supposed to do. My clerk patiently and kindly told me what all I needed to do and rang me up.nHere’s to you kickass PO Dude
