Such a great experience. Patrick is excellent. I came in wanting a custom engagement ring, not knowing exactly what I wanted and Patrick took my ideas and made the most beautiful and perfect ring for me. The amount of detail in the band is just stunning! I would give him 7 stars if I could and the entire process took less than a month! I’m excited to come back so that he can also design my wedding band.

Fantastic! I needed to get a family engagement ring resized, cleaned, and repaired as the platinum band was broken. I was also on a tight timeline and walked into the store to see if they could accommodate. I was ready to look at purchasing a new band if the old one was not salvageable. Not only did they talk me OUT of a costly new band, but they had the ring totally cleaned, sized, and repaired by 11am the next day. Plus the price came in $20 less than they quoted me! Awesome, honest people and high quality, fast turnaround. Couldn’t be happier.

I have had two very positive experiences with Wallace Burke. First, I had my father's WWII naval identification bracelet. The clasp and part of the chain had broken. Preston at Wallace Burke was able to find a chain that matched perfectly with the original chain and was also able to replace the clasp. The ID bracelet is very special to me and a reminder of my father. The Wallace Burke team was very easy to work with and very helpful.nnThe second experience was equally satisfying. I had purchased a diamond necklace for my wife several years ago, but she never really liked it. We took the necklace to Preston and asked for some suggestions as to what we could do with the necklace. Preston and his team put together several suggestions which would maximize the use of the stones. We ended up having a pair of diamond earrings made for our granddaughter and another ring for my wife.nnWorkmanship, service and value for our dollars spend were all exceptional.
