Beautiful work and the best customer service! I have had my engagement ring that Mark made for three years, and I damaged it. Mark fixed it the same day I brought it in and for a great price. Note - I drove six hours to bring it back to him. My trust in him is worth a weekend trip back to Birmingham to know that the job will be done right.nnMy ring is a custom piece and I have people ask about it daily. It is so incredibly special from the setting and design to the stones. Make worked with my now husband to create the perfect ring of my dreams within our budget. I absolutely love Scott and Mark! They have always taken care of me, my family and any friends I send their way. Now that I live 2 hours away, I still refuse to go anywhere else for any jewelry needs. I just stop by Mark's store when I'm in town and I'm never disappointed when I do. We are treated with the upmost class and respect. Not only did Scott make my engagement ring just perfect, he even repaired a ring I did not buy from them. I picked this place based on google reviews over a well known place in Mountain Brook with terrible reviews on yelp. I’m so glad I did! Very friendly staff and other customers seemed happy in the store. I only had a few links taken out of a watch, but it was very fast and was not charged anything. I appreciate great customer service and Mark’s definitely has this. I will be back to browse!
