Kemper Insurance

Just got a letter from this company saying my social security # and name involved with a security beach. The letter looks very official but I do my research and why would I get this type of letter from an insurance company of all places. The company might be legit but the on the letter their name is Infinity Insurance Co and when you look in line there are multiple posts about a scam. The address on the letter matches but there's also a post saying the name of the company has changed to Kemper. I called both numbers on the letter and told them I never did business with them. The 1st person said she was with Experian, offered mega membership and read off a bunch of companies and asked if I'd done business with them, the answer was on. She asked for my name and number and said she'd pass it on to Infinity. I said I had the # on the letter and would call. She said she didn't mind but I said no. I said the same thing to the 2nd person, she also offered me an Experian membership too but I said no and asked how they got my info, she didn't answer and I asked if she was there she said yes. This MIGHT be a legitimate company but they are VERY sketchy and I think they were phishing.

I had bad experience with Kemper insurance. One of their drivers hit my vehicle in the back, the guy admitted being at fault. Kemper didn't accept their driver being at fault and refused to pay. My advice to you is, if you are hit by a Kemper driver, don't be a nice guy or you are going to regret it. Call the police or an accident lawyer.

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. Lanise / Coleman that works here is impossible to get a hold of, despite the repeated attempts. If you are having issues with them violating business ethics I urge you to report them to your state department.

Tom C is going from office to office writing poor reviews. The reason I know this is he has posted the same review for my office for the same employee who had never worked for me and my HEALTH AND LIFE office. Not P and C office.

I don't even think they deserve a 1 star this company is a fraud and really they really don't have any sympathy with you even when you find a more affordable insurance , i cancelled the day they charged my account and was told i would receive a check in mail a prorated check well now i understand what the pro rate means, it means some person who works there actually looks at how much you payed and makes up a number to pay you back when clearly knowing i canceled the day the policy renewed so for not canceling the day before they are taking close to a 100 dollars off of what they owe me because they can treat you however they want after they have your money , oh and they are not open after 5pm because of covid which is why i could never get ahold of them before to cancel the policy so this wouldn't happen, i'm a blue collar worker i earn my money working hard and long hours to support my family then you come across these people that wont even try to help specially with this covid situation please i warn you dont deal with these people , its time to start reporting bad business i am going to keep reporting them i will not let them take advantage of anymore hard working Americans. i am a person that if someone needs help i help how i can on or off the job its time for change no more trampling over others to get ahead. #timeforchange
