AMAZING customer service. We totally dropped the ball on getting a gift. Fearing we were too late, I called to see if I would be able to pick up my order instead of having it shipped. I was told it was faster to ship and that if I gave them my order number they would make sure my order got out the next day. I placed my order in the morning and it I got a shipping notice later that afternoon. Our tie looks amazing and I am so happy with it. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and will be ordering from them again in the future!
The customized ties make a perfect gift! Excellent quality and quick shipping. It can be tricky to get the photo to fit and it would be nice to have some more options in the design process, but overall a great product!
I ordered a personalized tie, and it turned out better than I even thought it would! They also worked very well with me when I asked if I could pick it up, rather than have it delivered. I am very satisfied with my purchase and how well they worked with me. I want to buy a bunch of personalized ties now, because they're so fun!
