May 21, 2019nI give my over care a rating of 5 but the service I received upon my arrival was an 0. I was a walk in and how I was greeted by the receptionist was nothing short of clearly not caring. Didn’t say how are you or what are you being seen for today? Only said sign in please. Misty (I do believe her name was) never asked for my insurance never asked why I was there. When it was clear to everyone around me I was I pain. I sat there in the lobby and just cried. I went up there to ask if she needed my insurance information she asked my name and I told her and she yelled out the window for all to hear that you don’t have any dental insurance. Which was not the case she never asked for it. I gave it to her and she still never asked why I was there.nWhen I was finally called back the lady which I can’t remember her name and I apologize for that well she saw my eyes were blood shot red from crying. She immediately asked what was going on and I told her how I was treated upon arriving and why I was there to be seen. I showed her that I had a tooth that had broken off up in the gum. Misty the receptionist never asked me anything only to sign my name on the board then tried to embarrass me stating I had no insurance. Which wasn’t true.nI own and run my own business and I would never treat anyone like that who walked into my place of business. Professionalism goes a long way and although I waited for my turn in pain. The wait would have been a tad better if there was a friendly face reassuring me they were working as fast as possible to get me back. However, she didn’t even know my issue because that part of her job wasn’t done and her clear attitude while sitting there was smug and uninviting.nI want to sincerely thank my doctor Dr. Tran for her delicate hands and her assistant for holding my hand during the procedure. They took good care of me and I thank them for all their compassion during my time there. I know you will get me back on track.nGwendolyn Burns...
