Central Station

The Bjtc is the worst fearmongering bus station. I caught one of the buses to ride downtown to pay a monthly pass only to catch the same bus going back to my job. And the bus driver said i couldn't take the same bus going to my job so you all want to go through all that just to avoid Covid transmission. when there were nothing but 5 passengers on the bus ud83dude02 yall sad.

They need to stop changing the routes for Saturday schedules except for shopping districts. I'm tired of being dropped off 20 mins from home in a bad area just because it's a Saturday or holiday. Some of us would like to make it home safe but they don't give a damn.

Every single time I ride the busses all I see is a bunch of ghetto drama. The employees including the drivers are not only rude but confrontational and belligerent. The busses are late beyond any acceptable allowance. I can't point to any aspect of the system and say that it is professional in any way.nit's actually a very stressful experience to ride the buses as a result

Bus service is good in town, but those of us that live in the outskirts of town ( Adamsville) get sporatic service, with busses constantly late, or in some cases, not running at all. Most of the drivers are courteous and helpful, but there are several that are just plain sour on the world, or something. Or just plain lazy.
