I'm one mad customer I supposed to have received a package yesterday at 12:07 at my door step I have looked for a package still haven't received calling trying to get information about which driver to my house yesterday. Calling the head UPS Office can't get anyone says number been disconnect.

The worst experience, the lady who was supposed to be assisting us was the most unhelpful, inconsiderate, rude person I have ever interacted with in my life. She refused to offer assistance of any kind and just continually told us no even though we were willing to ship it in any way.

You tell me my package is going to be here from 830 am to 1230 pm and that's supposed to be in Eastern time. It's currently 330 Central time and I have missed a whole day of work for this BS, that was supposed to just be a couple hours or half a day! You going to pay me for having to lose hours?! If you say I am supposed to have a package by 1130, then have if there but then! Lazy!

Wouldnt use any other package delivery service, if it were up to me. I'd rather not have FedEx delivery service....
