I have previously booked through this company twice and everything went well. However, the last 2 times that I attempted to book a trip through them I was brushed off. My requests seemed to be bothersome to Peggy and she didn’t provide me with any details as for options available. She took my email address and said that she would email me some information and she never did. I called several times to inquire about the email but she simply said she’d been very busy and hadn’t had time. While I was in the their office I noticed how the other lady gladly received 2 couples and sat them down and began to work on their requests immediately. What was the difference? Peggy didn’t have anyone waiting or anything! After I was treated like this not once but twice, I realized that my business was not a priority for Peggy so I’m not going back!

Booking our vacation was a very easy process! I would definitely recommend this travel agency if you are looking for one!

The absolute Best traveling agency !

The worst ever! i was told i would get a call back for pricing, and never did. when I called them and asked why i never got a call back the lady said we was busy why did you not call us! poor service
