Don't order anything from this store. On any of delivery apps. There workers can fulfill any orders correctly. And they will give diet versions without calling you. And will give you wrong flavors of products. Or just won't give to you it at all.

This place keeps me going I swear. They always got what I need. Grateful that theyre open 24/7, and keep the sour patch watermelons in stock. Love this place.

Prescription was sent over to this location and was told the billing information was all set up and ready verbally by two separate employees. My wife called in and was told this wasn’t the case. The employee who claimed to be the Senior Pharmacist and manager that day, Tom, was incredibly rude. I went in to this location to get answers as to why there are so many discrepancies between the employees I’ve spoken to and what he is saying today. Samantha helped me at the location and she personally deserves 5-stars. Yet again, Tom was speaking to her while I had requested a print out showing me error on the billing portion and could overhear his rude comments stating how he had explained the situation over and over again, but could not give any clarity or specific reason why the other employees this week gave us the green light. Never have I dealt with a more incompetent and arrogant “manager” at any pharmacy or retail location. He’ll keep the attitude going, but won’t maintain the same energy after a man shows up and overhear his comments.

Friday Nov 27 12:10P If you are looking for a pharmacy that cares you will need to look somewhere else. Very impersonal, little empathy or concern for customers. Wednesday I went in to pick up an anti-inflammatory (not a controlled medication)for my back which was in terrible pain. They said the prescription was never called in. I called my doctor and asked if it was called and they said yes but they will try again. I called later that evening and Walgreens said their was still nothing there. I called the doctors office after hours and ask them to send it to Walmart. Of course by this time Walmart pharmacy was closed. I went in today to pick it up and they said it had already been filled at Walgreens 2 days ago. I called Walgreens and asked what happened. She gave no explanation or a desire to figure it out so it wouldn’t happen again. Rather she suggested I cancel the prescription with Walgreens and have it called in again to walmart. No “Sorry about the mix up” or “we will make sure this doesn’t happen again“. Nope, just tried to get rid of me. I have been going to this Walgreens for years. The long lines due to being short staffed or employees socializing is very inconvenient. Bottom line, Poor customer service. If you are in pain and/or need medication fast, you might need to look somewhere else.

I have a prescription ready to be refilled. It was ready for pickup. I called ahead to update my insurance. The female pharmacist treated me extremely rude. She got confused because she thought I was talking about a different prescription that wasn’t due to be refilled. I tried to clarify the situation, but before she let me speak, she said “this is so wrong. Absolutely no way am I filling this”. She didn’t even say bye and simply hung up. I checked on my Walgreens app and she had immediately put back the prescription that was rightfully refilled. She also said that she was going to talk to my doctor as if she’s accusing me of trying to abuse a drug. Completely disrespectful. Prime example of absolutely horrible customer service.
