I am very satisfied with the internet service. I can finally cancel my Hotspot plan. Easy to set up, the technicians were fantastic, and I have had no issues from customer service to the actual service.

Spark light Ben/Benjamin came to my house today and installed cable and WiFi. Ben did a great job and was respectful and really cool in general. Ben made the experience 10/10. I’d recommend anyone to spark light if these are the kinds of employees spark light hires! Guy definitely deserves a raise.

Had a bad experience with service being disconnected and not able to do anything about it over the weekend because there isn't anyone available in this department on Saturday and Sunday. What about people moving or for whatever reason? It's a BIG inconvenience.

The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is due to the fact that when I told the Customer Care Representative that I had DirecTv they assured me it would be no issues hooking up, however it was due to the fact you can't put a splitter in and connect the DirecTv and cable modem on the same line due to interference. Luckily the contractor that helped me figured out a way to get me hooked up without running cables halfway across my hone and came back two days later to finish the job. I got internet 300 and yes the price is higher than what I was paying previously but the speed is much faster, so anyone in the fence about the service I say do it.
