Always helped me. Does a great job. I think Kim his office manager does a great job and she is a very nice person. The whole staff are great.

Dr. Wells is fabulous and seems truly dedicated to helping you feel better. He is very personable and makes you feel at ease. However, his office manager is horribly rude and is clearly only out to get your money. She could care less about your pain or discomfort, just how often she can get you in and file your insurance to what benefits them most. If you aren't able to be there when and as frequent as SHE requires, you better get ready to be chastised and talked down to. I don't think Dr. Wells realizes how this is negatively affecting his practice being that I've heard the same opinion from many others in the area. He would do better to rethink who is running the show at his office and surround himself with someone with more compassion and integrity. Don't think about speaking up and voicing your concerns, the customer is definitely not right in that office. Their perception is that they are doing you a favor.....Go somewhere where you as a patient are valued and your business is appreciated. It's a mutual business relationship and you should not be made to feel that you are not valuable as a customer. You would think a chiropractor's office would be more personable, being that patients in general are required to pay more out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you love dealing with a dictatorship at the front desk.

I have 3 dulding disk in my back epidurals don't last long Dr Wells does something that relieves the pain for awhile I'm going back .

I wasted over an hour filling out paperwork and waiting after they already had my insurance information to find out they are out of network and don't take my insurance at all. I asked them over the phone before I came in and told them all my policy information before I came in. It's sad that they're too busy selling me to answer basic questions honestly.
