I have never had a better renting experience!!! Chuck and Jeff made my son’s experience so much better!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

The owner of this park tried to screw me over simply because I am a young college student. My mom talked to Chuck over the phone and he thought he was talking to me and was saying totally different things when he knew it was her on the phone. One of the guys that shows homes for him told us Chuck was selling it and told us what the home was actually worth, we even offered a little more than what he suggested. Chuck then said he wasn’t selling it and he couldn’t go off the asking price at all.

Good experience. They did what they said they were going to do. That means a lot to me and my wife. I would recommend.

My nephew just moved in there. Looks like a great place.
