Choccolocco Park

Very near park. Needs a little attention to maintenance and landscape. Many lights on top of poles look like they are about to fall off. AND, fire ant mounds abound. Some are huge! I'm only talking about the walking path around the pond, I don't know what the rest of the park is like.

I come here everytime I visit my in-laws. I enjoy bringing the kids, or in today's case, my furry little dog-o. There is always available parking, cute little park for the children, and the walking path is very nice and relaxing. Kudos to the park maintenance folks, as they keep it clean, the poop bag box is always stocked, too bad not all dog owners pick up after their dog. Love the gazebos, with the fans spinning around giving it an at home feel. Oxford residents are lucky to have this park. Hope to enjoy the Christmas lights tonight.

Very cool facility! Pond, playground, baseball and softball fields, and a great parking lot for Greenpower USA race layouts! Very easy getting around the place, but would be nice for bathrooms in one more area away from front center of main section.

Great place to unwind, exercise, meditate, or just sit. Even a place to fish. Awesome

Great park with a playground for the kids a lake where I have seen people fishing, multiple walking paths, great scenery and lots of friendly people and dogs
