I went to see Dr Williams yesterday, I have to say he is a good doctor, very knowledgeable at what he does and was very kind to me. The staff there was great as well very helpful with questions I had. I will be back to see him if I have any more problems and I highly recommend him to everybody

This has to be the most unprofessional staff (receptionist and nurse) that I have ever encountered and I have been to some terrible places, so imagine that. Dr. Chindalore’s nurse is extremely rude and has a serious attitude problem. I find that very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will never visit this facility again and hope that no one else encounters what I have encountered with this staff.

Dr Rana is the best most caring Dr. I dropped my lung Dr and just use him. He's done more for me. But today I called because I was in the ER last night and all test was run. Never got answers so they asked me if I wanted my MD to run the other test first thing today or be admitted. I chose Tobago home and have him run test this morning. I can't sit in a chair long. I'm falling around. I'm sick throwing up disoriented and it's critical. I need to know asap what's wrong before pedant brain damage happens. The operator contacted his nurse. His nurse said I need an appointment which I have for tomorrow but I need answers today. I need medical attention today. Well I can be worked in this evening but wait time is a few hours in waiting room she said. No I need to talk to Ran a. Not possible. So nothing she could or would do she said. She neglected me. So I'm at Cares getting the urgent care I need. I may be sent to UAB it's so serious. They need a different system and more caring nurses and operators. This should be fired. Sincerely Kathy Bentley

I have two doctors there,usually a wait but Dr.Rana and Dr.Chindalore take care of me

The lady at the front desk that answers the phone wouldnt let me talk to dr ranas nurse. There is no way to talk tk dr rana. My mom had a bad dr at rmc last night that released her after a passing out spell. Shes not any better. Somethings wrong with her head. Her focus isnt working and that lady wouldnt leave a message with the nurse or her dr. You gotta make an appointment she said. Nothings available today she said. My mom cant even sit up. She falls over. Guess they dont care if she lives or dies. Maybe theres a different ER dr at the hospital today when i take her. The one she had last night iv had a few times before and he doesnt get in any hurry or care at all. He released me when i had a tumor he didnt find once.
