Oxford Court Clerk

What a courthouse! I have never seen a courtroom where people who work there use cell phones and just cut up laughing. The guy who sits beside the clerk just has his foam cup sitting there pulling his mask up and im sure it was dip he spit in there. U don't have a chance winning a traffic ticket without having a lawyer. Seems like they all know each other pretty good!!!!!

They don’t answer the phone when you call and need information

They never answer the phone. I’ve called multiple times and at different times of the day. I have a ticket that needs to be payed by July 2nd and I have no idea how much it cost because they never answer the phones.

They told me I could send the money in the mail, and I wouldn't have to show up on the 28th. A week later, I got a post card stating a warrant was issued for my arrest! Its the 17th! And to top it off, I can't get anyone to answer the phones, ever!

Worse municipal court in History. They are never here when they say they will be. You have to call multiple times to get a response. When you leave a message they never call you back. Try your best to never get a ticket in Oxford al. They will happily give a warrant for your arrest but never are there for you when you try to do the right thing and pay your ticket.
