Stupid covid. Only can use one entrance/exit

I was not happy with the service I received at all I was put told they had two when I got there they both where not what I asked for I was walking around looking at lab tops. I needed now but could not find anywhere I found a p/h I like little over what I wanted to spend as I let the only young man working there know he walked away from me to help 2 off work employees at the photo center I was made to wait over 45 minutes until 3 other costumers where behind me he was not friendly at all I will say I will not buy anything from electronics if he's working I am very happy with my lab top it's better than expected. & I didn't have to order it off line

I had an incredible experience with a customer service employee by the name of Austin Bussey! He was very helpful and professional. His kindness made those holiday returns a lot more bearable. Great job Walmart of Jacksonville.

One stop shopping. And now you can have them do your shopping for you and you just pull up and they load it in your vehicle. The only thing I dont like about Walmart is that they are downsizing all their departments. Most dont even have the sewing materials idles anymore. The paint department is almost non existent. Every department has cut down on the variety of product that they carry

Store is always clean. Products are in their place. Food products are of good quality though depending on the day you shop depends on availability and quality.
