They had no item that I went to get!

I hope you know where to go in this store because chances are the employees have no idea either..

The Oxford location is TERRIBLE. I waited 30 minutes for someone to even ask to offer me assistance in the appliances. After offering me assistance I asked about a dented refrigerator that was French door priced at the cost of what you could get a perfect condition new one and the lady wouldn’t budge $250 on the price so I chose to go with the new $1000 one I had originally picked. I was approved for the lease to own prior to coming in so I had everything prepared. BECCA then informed a cashier that I would have to wait even longer to complete my lease and pay because only her and another associate knew how to do the leases and she was busy with a customer more important than myself because they had a “custom” order. After waiting 30 more minutes she still didn’t help but the associate still trying to help me found someone and she did something on the computer and told me to go to customer service at the front and they would finish. After another 30+ minutes the associate there finally got to me and could not complete the lease agreement because she didn’t know how. They took nearly $100 out of my account for a refrigerator I don’t have & will not answer or return calls from me or do progressive leasing to return my money!!! I’ve even called the 800 number!!

Store always clean. It was rather busy. Help was scarce, they were busy with customers. I am just shinning cause I had to wait a couple minutes. They are really good the people there they are knowledgeable. Wait was worth it.

If we're going to do pickups and returns at the same desk maybe we should have more than one person working the desk....
