Need to train the worker to make sure the costumer gets the help they need

We had some left over plumbing supplies that were bought in Oxford on 3/14/21 and I tried to return them at McClellan on 3/16 for a refund because McClellan was closer to me.The cashier AND manager told me that some items could not be refunded because their stock numbers were different than the Oxford store and they were bought in Oxford. When I took them to the Oxford store on 3/17 for a refund they refunded my card and said that McClellan should have been able to refund me without any problems......someone should be looking in the mirror to see if their nose is growing....ud83eudd23nAnd on a side note....Darla in Plumbing at Oxford is THE BOMB!!!!! Her customer service skills are top notch and she knows her plumbing!!

I have bought multiple appliances and the guys are very helpful. My best experience was ordering my carpet! Casey was the absolute best! He went above and beyond to help me select what i wanted and fit my needs!

I waited at nobody working at the Customer snService desk. The break room was in full use. When one associate finally took the payment I made she made me feel like I had ruined her day. I did not tell her what I thought ?or the kind of month I've had...lucky for her i went the Christian route.Seems like Loews has forgot the role the customers play

Alicia in the paint department was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went the extra mile to make my shopping experience a great one. I will definitely be returning to your store.
