I was happy with my purchases, and the service once I was able to find someone to help me. The fish tanks were pretty dirty, and I was there for fish. I would have gotten more had they looked to be in a healthy environment. Other than that, they had everything I needed and once I was ready to leave the checkout was quick.

Great customer service. Bad fish experience. Beta fish died after less than less than a month. Manager corrected issue after long discussion. Second fish is doing great. 15 day policy is pathetic if you pay $7 for a fish less than a month ago and it dies. Not sure about larger animal policy. Would recommend checking before buying. May end up with a dead animal on you....if not replaced after 14 days

Great store, clean with a large selection. I can buy Blue Buffalo dry dog food cheaper at Pet Co.

I’ve never had a problem with any of your stores until I went to this location. Sadly this is the closest pet store in the area. The staff is never helpful and they never have worms or crickets or anything to take care of Lizards... being the only pet store I would think they would keep some stuff in stock. One star for horrible customer service and for NEVER having anything in stock.

Prices are high but they have a great selection and the staff is always friendly and helpful
