I am here every Saturday morning for Luis’s Dance fitness class and as soon as you walk in the door you feel the positive and welcoming energy from the owners and staff. Great, clean facility also. They’re building a wonderful and inclusive fitness community!

I’ve been attending classes at Rockstar Wellness since day 1 (in my case - morning 1 at 6:30am)! I believe, aside from some newer additions in the last couple of months, I have attended every type of class. Every instructor has been enthusiastic and encouraging (even when I can’t dance a lick). I always leave feeling stronger and more energetic (or rested and ready for bed - thanks Vera flow and yoga)! Even when a pandemic shut them down for a couple of months, Scott and Rachel figured out a way to bring the gym into our homes! They are truly the best!! I could write an entire book on what a “gem” they are to downtown Marietta!

Rockstar Wellness is a fantastic place to try if you're looking for a fun way to work out! Sooo much more fun than using weight lifting equipment at a gym, but you will definitely know you worked out. At just $6 per class, and bundles to make classes cost even less, it's affordable too.nnIf you are afraid to come alone, don't be. The instructors will learn your name, and fellow participants will chat with you and make sure you feel welcome! There is a workout class for everyone; men, women and children. Even if you have limited mobility, you will find something that will work for you. If the instructor is aware that you need modification, they will give you different options. They also give modifications throughout instruction, because don't we all need to take a little break once in a while?!nnI can't recommend this place enough! Walk in the doors and become a member of our fitness family!

I have taken several different types of classes at Rockstar Wellness over the past year, and love the enthusiasm each instructor has while teaching their classes. I particularly enjoy the Spin and Yoga classes. The different instructors have different enough approaches that the experience is unique to them. I would highly recommend Rockstar Wellness for any type of exercise class they offer, and they do have a large variety that would likely suit anybody in some way.

This is the best gym around! Staff is all amazing & there is literally a class for everyone! Childcare option is such an amazing option for us working parents also! Love this gym!
