I didn't actually see anyone at this clinic but that is why I'm leaving the review. My pcp referred me to them for severe anemia first and they scheduled me for January, which is 3 months away. Then I ended up in the er with abdominal bleeding and the er dr referred me again to specify that I have a bleed and my visit needs to be sooner. Dr Naums office called immediately to schedule a video visit (in the day and age of covid) right away and to put me on the cancelation list because of the more urgent nature of the new referral. Today, the day of the video visit, someone there canceled the video visit 2 hours beforehand and changed my PREVIOUSLY scheduled January appointment to February without even bothering to call me! I only know because I saw it in the wvu medicine mychart app! When I tried to call the office to find out why, no one would answer despite it being around 10am on a Wednesday! When I called the hospital, they sent a security gaurd up to the office which was closed down and dark. With no word to the front desk and no way for patients to get a hold of them! They will not be getting my business. I now have a referral to a dr that surprise surprise can see me 2 MONTHS earlier so they did me a favor with their incompetence. Do yourself one and don't bother even trying to call THIS office!

Dr. Naum is one of the few doctors that really cares about his patients. I had colon cancer which left me with severe digestive issues and suffered for nearly two years before finding him. He remembered my name from the very first visit and made sure I was feeling better each time he saw me. Not impressed at all with the majority of Camden Clark’s doctors but this one is a keeper.
