I typically love going to Applebee's but I doubt I will ever visit the Vienna, WV one again. Went there on Valentines Day very disappointing when my Dinner and my mother's came out burnt. Then visited on Sunday 2/28, where to begin what went wrong. Greeted rudely, asked how long the wait was got even ruder...but they could seat us now? Then order messed up. Asked for 2 soups, one with no croutons. Get one soup with no croutons. Almost 10 minutes before we can corner the waitress about the missing soup. Finally brings out but no croutons and it's cold. Another 5 min before we get waitress attention. Then a supposed manager brings out a hot soup when everyone else is getting their meals. It's hot. But not even I am so sorry let me take this off your bill. It was a bowl of soup! Then my daughters medium steak comes out well done. Horrible visit. Not going back there again!
Not bad it's an applebees foods not bad.
Food was great! Service could use some improvement. Everything considered, I nice place to have a meal.ud83dude0anP.S.( I recommend the Bourbon St. Chick&shrimp.)
