Food is always amazing. Staff is amazing. Everything is amazing at this place. They really take care of their customers. Today in particular. I ordered online and I got a Pepsi. I wanted a cherry Pepsi and didn't see it online. So when I got there I asked if they had it.. they didn't have it but the man offered to put some grenadine in it (if you don't know what that is it's a non alcoholic syrup to help flavor drinks) so he put some in my drink for me and it tasted AMAZING. 10/10 for the drink 10/10 for the service and 10/10 for the recommendation..
We were seated by the host. And the waitress took forever to come and take our drink order and give us menus. We finally ordered and they brought us the wrong kind of chicken wings. Said they would fix it and be back. So the new wings they brought looked like they just dumped the sauce on top of them. I had to scrape it off some to even eat it. The service could have been better. And so could the food.
No chicken other than wings...that was a bummer. The waitress was really unenthusiastic and took forever to get any attention. I asked for a booth when we got there because I have a bad back and the wooden seats wreck havoc on it after a few minutes, but when one opened I had to ask for them to clean the booth. I have been coming to this B-Dubs for years and this was a top three worst time visiting. I've had great times with friends, but it always seems like people are profiled when they come in. Oh well, no worries. I'll know who not to ask for when we come next time.
More than ample servings. Friendly service that was not hovering over us but was diligent to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic. Will definitely be returning again in the future.
Food is always good but the service could have been a little better. I understand they were busy but come on. We sat at our booth for 45 minutes and the server didn't check on us once.
