The assistance I have been given has been prompt, competent, professional, and targeted to my needs. (Nancy King ROCKS!) The cost is less than some of the “free” online services (who then charge you to e-file), and the service is personal and customized. Why did it take me so long to find H&R Block?!

The lady was nice and helpful. Got me more on my taxes then the other place i went. But. The main reason i went here was the advanced loan. Wich they say most qualify for. I got a nice tax return and was denied. For reason it said amount of return. So i guess most arent qualified then. Kinda pisses me off.

Very efficient, not a long drawn out process, especially if you had your taxes done there before, all information is uploaded. From last year to help with the year you are compiling.

She was rude and didn't file our taxes right. She was loud and spoke my ssn number out loud. Had to ask her to file for different things we were able to claim to receive a return on. We had to call the office to get them fixed. It was the third phone call when they finally fixed the issues. The last who filed our taxes never call us back.A lot. Not worth the money to file our taxes.

They were all very polite and helpful. They walked me through all of the papers and I was able to see what was being turned in before it was submitted. I will return.
