We went to Kroger and needed services from the office. It was the middle of the day and they had a closed sign on the counter at the office. One of the employees said the person running the office that day said she would be right back. We waited for several minutes and we finally left and went to the Dunbar Kroger. Which was a much better experience. Fast and friendly service!

I love the store other than its alot smaller than other Kroger's. It's hard to move around in the store.

Well stocked and reasonable prices. Sale items were clearly marked as were all items. Fresh meat was a plus. The store was clean and employees were following proper cleaning procedures. Will shop there again when I'm in South Charleston.
