I love Wendy's don't get me wrong but the spencer wendy's forgot the burger on my cheeseburger once and staff picks meat up with there hands without gloves with a pandemic. There food tastes great but not great service

Got a salad without the blue cheese..it was on my salad..if I had a allergy to dairy I would of been ill... took way too long to get thru the drive thru...not impressed at all...theres not many places in spencer to eat at so was disappointed with Wendy's in Spencer WV..
They have been going down hill in getting the orders correct and food quality lately. Not at all what it used to be I don't know if it is new management or what but needs to be looked into.
Always good ,fresh food! The staff is always very polite and makes you feel welcome. Have never had a bad experience here!
