Lots of stores in one place security and police patrols
I loved working for Forest City, Charleston Town Center. Would be proud to do it again. I truly miss the people I worked with. Mall Management is amazing. The Maintenance staff is amazing world class. Would love to see the Mall improve. The Mall needs a fresh new line of stores. And no offence to Mall Management, The Security needs to improve (big time). Some store Managers still call me to this day about problems that they are having. Beef up Security people will feel safer. Safer means more business. More business means more money, More money means new businesses looking to rent. Why is that? The foot traffic coming in for the new businesses.
Always been a great mall to shop at. Really hoping that they can get this mall turned around and acquire more businesses to come. It’s a beautiful building inside. It has much potential!
Nice center of town mall and recently renovated.nUPDATE Mall still not dead yet! Doing better than most. Support to keep alive!nnUPDATE 2-6-2021 Looks like the dying process has begun! Lots of empty stores now. Doesn't look promising.
No riff-raffs allowed. Only two restrooms but they are strategically located so they are easy to get to and they are kept clean. This would be 5 stars if they had a Macy's.
