First review of anything... ever! So we moved back to my family farm in Dec. The house had been sitting empty for a couple years. Over that time it was infested with lady bugs, spiders, weird creatures I've never seen before, but most of all wasps! Lots of them! We have several small children who are terrified of wasps and not to mention I myself am also terrified of them! Like school girl terrified! Like run away and trip and fall and break a freaking ankle and fall thru the drywall terrified! When it started to warm up a bit this year, the wasps were coming in EVERYWHERE and were aggressive. Our kitchen was a warzone. I was armed with 2 cans of wasps spray at all times and it was dripping from every inch of anything in the kitchen... cabinets, tables, counters, ceiling fan, cat, kids... everywhere! There were also lady bugs piled up in all the window seals every...single... day. Literally hundreds. We would sweep them up and they would be back the next day. The kids ran out of names to give them in like 2 days. They eventually looked like part of the decor in the house. I had worked with Burrell in the past and immediately called them. They came out and and did a whole home treatment and concentrated on the wasps. This is an OLD farmhouse with windows that an chupacabra could find it's way into if it wanted! The staff were awesome! They treated every possible entry point, and there are like 427 windows... slight exaggeration. They offered to show me how they were getting rid of the wasps but I was scared and ran to the other room. I took their word for it. Well that was a couple of weeks ago and since the moment they left we have not had a single wasp in the house. The basement, which could double as a dungeon from a Lord of the Rings movie, has had nothing but a few dead bugs laying around. No morengiant wolf spiders that would suck your soul from your body in your sleep! But what has amazed me the most is that there has not been a single lady bug ANYWHERE!!! The counters and window seals are actually white and not red with black polka dots! Who knew??? The relief we were provided by Burrell Pests is priceless!!! We will continue to use them are currently doing the monthly treatments with them also. Great company and VERY knowledgeable! Now I can return this 150-can case of wasp spary to The WalMart and my children can grow up to be regular human beings who no longer live in fear for their innocent little lives!
