Would like to take time to thank new store manger Paige. She did what she said she would do. She stepped in and fixed what the old manger said she would do but never did before she left the store. When I first met Paige I could see as she waited on the people before me that she cares about her customers and loves her job. Although she could not fix my situation herself she had the knowledge and took the time fix a problem that she was stuck with when she got the store. I know she has faced many problems with this store but she will take the time to do her job and to do right by her store’s customers. She knows how to get it done. And like I told her I thank God that he put her at that store. She cares about the customers and has a great attitude. Paige keep up the good work and never let go of your dreams good luck on your journey.nThanks Charles

I traveled an hour to this store from Pikeville because they didn’t have what I needed in stock. I had completed an online order and was notified the phone was ready for pickup. I walked inside the store to be greeted rather quickly and asked what they could assist me with, so far so good. After learning I was there to pick up an online order, Cory quickly went to the back to bring the phone up. He said he began to ran into problems and had to complete a new order. I had read several stories about reps doing this to get new sale credit, but I had driven an hour, so I was just ready to get it overwith. Cory set up a new line, new phone, and provided me with an order printout. As I am headed home, I decided to check myAT&T and sure enough, it wasn’t anything that I had asked for in my original order. I had requested to keep my plan as elite, it was downgraded to starter, which will result in a nightmare of pro-rations. Insurance was added that I didn’t ask for as I use AppleCare+. I called and asked Cory if he would remove it and he agreed, however, he stated it was store policy to add insurance. I don’t believe this. I was warned this would happen as this is how the reps get a payout. Anyways, fast forward two days, now I see he added “Next Up” which again, I didn’t ask for. The entire point of this order was to take advantage of a $10/month promo for an iPhone 11, not $15/month work $5 next up included, but $10/month. These bait and switch sales tactics is why I choose to use an actual corporate store and this is my first and last visit with an authorized retailer. If you want brick and mortar to survive, don’t bait/switch your customers. As if AT&T’s customer service isn’t bad enough, now this is the second time I will have to call the store back for something that if he would’ve just cashed out the original online order, would’ve never happened.

They aren't able to do anything. Everytime I've went in for help they just say call customer service and they do not accept phones back for returns

This store will forever have my business. They’re always welcoming and the workers are amazing! However the store is currently like an oven. I felt more comfortable with the temperature outside than inside the store and that’s saying something when it’s 90 degrees outside.

Customer service was great for the short amount of time I was in the store.. However, I had to leave before making my purchase because of how hot the store was. I don’t think the AC was working ud83dude33
