Can never get a human on the phone and when I do they say they’ll call back! That doesn’t happen! Ask for a supervisor and none are available.nI pay for unlimited internet access ( have for years) and the bill continues to rise!nI don’t get credit for days that my service goes out ( at least once a month).nI’m currently on hold, once again for over forty five minutes and I have been a customer for many years! I will be switching to FrontiernAbsolutely horrible.nI have called every number available to me and still no answer.nOnly recorded messages telling me no representatives are available.nHorrible service.

I had taken my daughter here and she had said that the customer service representative Jordan was extremely helpful in helping her with all she needed

Just went there to pay a bill. But it's aggravating having to stand in the cold because of covid. I don't think it's gonna go away people just need to do what they can to keep everything sanitized and clean. No matter how clean or sanitary you are there's always a chance on getting covid regardless. But we can't end our lives and not have contact with anyone any more. Those that have survived and are still living, and those that are alive need to move forward and get on with our lives as best we can instead of living in fear of something you may or may not catch. They have come up with a vaccine, it doesn't cure or keep you from getting it. But it keeps it at a minimal just like the flew shots do. My complaint is having to stand outside in the cold that was rediculos.

They sent a workman out my property who didn't call first, hooked the modem up to a cut line, didn't stick around to test the signal, and could not be reached afterwards. It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize the cable he used was curled up in the floor, unattached to anything.nnI gave orders not to send the same guy, but the same workman came out again. He called before he came, hooked it up, left before it worked, and cannot be reached again. This is my second time quitting Suddenlink. My parents also left the company.

My 94 year old mother's phone call was disconnected for non payment. For over a year Suddenlink refuses to send a monthly statement to to me or her. When I use an old statement, the envelope is marked return to sender. I have been sending money to the local office with the account number, but it's impossible to know how much is owed. I plan to contact FCC to find out how company like this is allowed to operate.
