I ordered something online, when I tried to pay for it, the website stated that the store didn't have it in stock. They said that they would deliver it. They also stated that I couldn't come pick it up, that I had to have it delivered. I started to pay when I saw a delivery charge of $73.00. I live 5 miles from the store. I don't think that it's appropriate to force a delivery on someone, then charge an outrageous price.
Can't get anyone to answer the phone there called for 30 minutes went through every option from menu still no answer and I made sure of business hours.
