The whole legal system is broken. I was fast accused of a minor minor minor infringement, and I’ve been dealing with it since 2017. It’s now 2020. Still nothing. They keep giving me the run around and I’ve paid over $7000.00 and lost My car. Which was worth $12,000.00!!!!! The system is only in place to make money off of people who can’t afford it.
Clerk's just hide behind the vale of I can't give legal advice. The real reason is they do not know the answer.
Tried to reschedule my court date. Their system was down all day. I called 4 different times & was told to call tomorrow.
I just called and they told me I had to call before a certain time so now they can't reschedule my court date. I talked to THE SUPERVISOR ADRIAN & she explained it's policy and technically she can reschedule me but it's policy to call before noon. I EXPLAINED to her I did call and your system was down all day, and none of your workers told me to call before noon so how am I supposed to have known that? Based on my circumstance you don't think it's fair to reschedule me? She said no.
I asked her for HER supervisor and will be talking to the ADMINISTRATOR Rhiannen tomorrow.
Extremely unprofessional, the prosecutors and attorneys are all young and dont know what they as re talking about. They tall down to you and paint you out to be a bad person when they dont know you or the full story. Not to mention I was found not guilty. The prosecutor lied to me multiple times to try and get me to do what he wanted and take his deal.
Easy and quick resolutions, merciful also.
