Gave me wrong script, rude over the phone, lied to me about having my medication in stock and told me it would be ready in an hour and a half, a day later they didn't even have it in stock. Doesn't update pharmacy hours on website. I live pretty far from town and have now had 3 wasted trips to this pharmacy due to their poor organization and communication.

I have waited 4 hours for them to put a label on my birth control when they were not busy. The pharmacy was talking and eating I came back every hour to get my pills and we're not ready. The other day I asked for my medicine to be delivered to where I work and they said sure no problem. I called back to see how much my medicine would cost so I could have their money ready. Hours went by and I still didn't have my medicine. I called back to Judy's to make sure it was being delivered to my work they ensured me it was. Come to find out they tried to deliver it to my old address and had never wrote down to deliver it to me at work. Once that was figured out I finally got my medicine but it was cheaper than what I was told. Makes me believe someone was trying to rip me off... I have a problem everytime I go here for my or my son's medicine. I have to go here since nowhere else takes my insurance. If you like rude customer service, long waiting time, nobody knowing what they are doing, and high prices go here.

I have no problems with this drug store. The 5 stars go to the clerk, Stacey. I just met her this past week after my husband's surgery. Stacey is so compassionate and helpful. She is the model of what people in customer service should be.

Best pharmacy around love the employees and owner great service

They gave me an estimated time of 20 mins to have it ready, I had no problem waiting a little longer, but me and an older gentleman waited over an hour while other people were in and out with theirs. Last visit I’ll make there.
