I have been seeing Dr. Thomas for over a year. His front office and nursing staff have always been friendly and helpful. The office is well maintained and clean. Dr. Thomas has never made me feel like he is rushing through my appointments. I have always gotten my appointment reminders and they have always responded to any messages or requests in a timely manner. I could not have a better experience anywhere else. Very happy with my care.

3 years & never had a bad experience. The staff is courteous from the receptionists, nurses & Dr. Thomas. He is always thorough & will take the time to listen to what you have to say & answer your questions. Actually cares about your wellbeing & if you are improving with the medicines being prescribed. Not to many care or would take the time for that. Overall a good guy.

I have been coming to Dr. Thomas for 3 years for pysch and I have always been happy with the service I received.nnHe very quickly determined what I had, and worked with me to find a medicine I can afford that worked.nnI only recently started seeing Marie for medical for maintenance meds and checkups, and have been satisfied so far.nnEven without insurance the pricing is affordable.

I would just like to end the 2016 year by giving everybody at newcreek family medicine a big thanks for another good year of treatment. I have been with them for about 5-6 years now,and I really love them! I also had a little bit of a wait to get in to be a patient, that's because they're that good! OK seriously though, if you're really concerned about your mental/physical needs then this is the place for you. They really do listen to your concerns. And they really do all they can to get you feeling better.and being honest here,I'm all over the charts! But every one at this office goes beyond what's necessary to make me feel better.so what I'm saying here is,it may take a little time to get in as a patient, but they are a wonderful medical practice. But I also want to throw out there,with all this being said,that sadly ..there are some people looking to misuse the medical field, with new creek family that won't happen!! Dr. Thomas in keyser WV is a horrible dr. Very hard to reach and you can’t get an appointment for serveral Months. He has no feelings and doesn’t care about his patients. Very inconsiderate.
