Provo & Spanish Fork Dental

My family of 5, (parents and 3 kids) have been going to Stonehaven for going on 4 years now. We had dentist hoped for many years not finding anyone that we really liked until we found Dr. Moody. They were professional, but caring, personable,thorough, and family friendly. They would work with our schedule even when we were running late. I loved how I could get my whole family scheduled for the same appointment and be finished within 2 hours. They were even flexible to fit in fillings for cavities if one was found at the same visit rather than another day missed at school. This is a big deal for my teenager! One experience that won my loyalty to them was when my 13 year old daughter had braces. We were also going to the well known orthodontist at the time, but it was Dr. Moody that caught in an X-ray after comparing with the previous visits, that my daughter's upper gums were recessing due to the pressure the braces were having on them. He mentioned his findings and concern with leaving the braces on. This lead to her getting her braces off after I made an immediate appointment with the orthodontist. My orthodontist was even impressed that our family dentist caught the problem! There are many dentists out there, but no one that I'm more impressed with or who I can put my full confidence behind to take care of my families dental health!

We love coming here. They can fit our family of six in the same day over 2 hours. It is very convenient for my busy schedule.

Nice, clean office and friendly staff. Nice and quick (getting in and taken care of). No pressure, feeling gave me a plan and I took and made appointment at later date.

Worst dentistry office ever! Such a nightmare. DON'T GO! Especially if you're hispanic. Everyone there must be racist or something. The service is terrible. The receptionists ignored my family the whole time. When my mom asked for their names, we were called in for my 8 year old brother's appointment so we didn't linger to write it down. While waiting for the doctor an employee came in yelling at us to leave. We had no idea why, seriously, all we did was ask for names to talk to their supervisors. We didn't understand what was going on. Then one of the dentists came in and started screaming at us to leave but they were blocking the door. We kept saying "That's enough, just let us go." It was scary! My little brother was yelling at them not to hurt our mom because the dentist was trying to grab her and was screaming at her. It was an awful experience. When we were walking out of the office everyone started laughing. We were scared enough of the dentist threatening to hurt our mom that we called the police while we were in the room being yelled at. The police showed up by the time we got out of the building. The dentist told them that we could never come back to the building again, even though our family doctor is on a different floor. He also said he would call all his friends so that no dentist in Provo would treat us. I still don't understand why this happened. I tried to look at things from their perspective but nothing we did justified being treated that way, especially in front of my little brother. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't go there. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
