Everyone that works there acts like a miserable human being. Utility company customer service agents are notoriously rude and condescending bc where else are you going to get your water from? And they know that. An office full of Karen’s with a god complex.

The rudest, most unreasonable staff I have ever dealt with. The manager in particular. Very shady biz practices. The online pay portal does not populate so if you're traveling, guess correctly! They will shut your water off over $10, without warning, in the heat of summer regardless of livestock, children, etc. Will then charge you a $100 reconnection fee. Bill may or may not arrive on time or at all.

I have repeatedly complained that the bills are not received. The staff acknowledges that the small cards get stuck in magazines and end up in random locations. The method of billing, sending out small easily lost cards, is a liability where they are knowingly sending out my, and everyone's, information to be scattered among the masses. With that information, my name, address, account number... the process of identity theft can begin. Yet they continue to bill in such a manner.nSo, without bills I randomly go and make payments. This month the payment was not enough. I never received a bill-- in fact, have not received a bill for four months. One of those months I paid twice since there is no way for me to see when I paid last. After months of not receiving a bill and paying what I thought was enough, they came and turned off my water. Did they give me the courtesy of knocking on my door to see if I could make a payment? No. they did not. NO communication was received. The staff is aware that this is an ongoing issue and due to the lack of consideration and concern, they do not attempt to address the issue. I, as the consumer, have made several ignored suggestions. I, as the consumer, have given viable solutions to their utter lack of concern for their customers. So-- for their inadequacy I am fined, billed unfairly and unjustly. For their poor ethics and scantiness, the customers suffer.

I have not gotten a bill no telling how many times. Once I hadn't received my bill yet, and they came to shut off my water. As the sat in my yard I told them I didn't get a bill. I went to the mail box and there it was. NOT the disconnect notice. The BILL. I showed the man in the truck who was there to disconnect and said I could go pay it right then. He still said no and shut off the water right then and there. My bill was 100$ and bc he shut it off with all the fees it ended up being 400$to get it back on. Plus they are rude anytime I call or go up there. They are second only to tri county.
