I have been a patient here for 3 years now and have been pretty happy with the work done by Drs Flick and Wilson. Wilson did a great job fixing tooth pain I had by adjusting my bite on my previous visit.
However, they just added a new dentist Dr Goodwin who is fresh out of dental school. I had my wife switch to this office, but Dr Goodwin took her appointment unbeknownst to her and took over an hour to fill one filling (even though she had “2 small cavities”) and left her tooth very jagged for a return appointment. In addition, Goodwin failed to remove the blue marking ink on her teeth before leaving the office which I visibly saw when she came back. I called and made sure Wilson fixed Goodwin’s mistake, which Wilson did. It took Wilson 10 mins to do the work that it took Goodwin 70 mins to do.
My absolute best dental experiences ever have been with Dr. Flicks office. I've been a patient for 20 yrs.
Missing receptionist, they started our appointment an hour and a half later from the appointment start time (even with us arriving early), and neither Dr. Flick or Dr. Wilson were there. My wife and I were seen by some third party dentist, the hygienist was very rough on the teeth (never had that much blood for a simple cleaning), and to top it off, got a bill in the mail months later for random charges that we supposedly “paid for” when we left. First time here, last time here. There’s better dental experiences out there.
I have had amazing experiences with Dr. Flick. My whole family and I have been going to him for years. I can recommend his practice without any reservations. He has been a great blessing to my family and I send anyone I know who needs a dentist to him.
Dr. Flick and his staff are amazing! I highly recommend them. I've been going to his office ever since he started practicing. He always keeps up on the latest technology and I know that I am getting the best dental care on the planet when I go to see him. Everyone in his office is friendly and loving and really cares about the patients! If you are looking for a new dentist that will take good care of you, this is the place to go!
