Norma was very helpful and knowledgeable about sewing machines. She unlocked my daughter's machine & looked at for me for a small charge. She offers classes each month and also will teach you how to use your sewing machine. Gift certificates are also available.

Would give less than one star if I could... I purchased a machine last November new and have not had the use of it due to constant breakdowns and very little to none on service.
