this place is terrible. i have never in all my years seen a department that operates with such stupidity. it's sad it really is. any department that goes out of there district to get to a accident that is on the Allen County and Monroe County line has a a terrible problem with pride. can they not see there absolutely horrible pride and mistakes. when it takes a department from clear across the county 20 minutes to arrive on scene when first they are already disobey state rules and regulations. when there is another department that can arrive with in a minute it don't take a bunch of hot headed or no headed chickens and bone heads to come loose a life. as always tho time will catch up to them and soon when another person dies because of some fire departments stupid 20 minute response that isn't needed versus a 2 minute response they will lose there jobs if they haven't already.
