Called Total Plumbing Solutions to look at my septic system, I went with them because they could actually have someone out in a descent time. The customer service lady was nice, and the plumber came out the very next day which was great too. The tech was very polite but didn’t seem to know very much about the areobic septic system that I had. He proved as much by telling me to get the septic tank pumped first, and if that didn’t resolve the issue, I needed to call his boss to do the repairs, he couldn’t do them. (My tank is not full)nnNow, I would of had no problem with any of this until he gave me the bill of $210.50. That seems very steep considering he was only out there 15 minutes and didn’t fix anything. I can understand charging a fee of $50 or even maybe up to $100 for a service call, but for a price like that just to take a look it should definitely be disclosed by customer service before the tech comes out. I couldn’t help feeling gouged and taken advantage of, especially considering we all just went through a horrible statewide disaster.nnWill definitely not be calling them for any other services, have already found a different plumber who said he wouldn’t of charged me anything for taking a look.

My plumbing was backed into my tub and I needed someone quick. Chris was able to come out the same day, unstop the drain and didn't even charge an arm and a leg! I will definitely use them again!

They came and helped me out in the middle of the chaos that was the week of Valentine's Day, 2021. Our well house froze in spite of having the heat lamp on, and while I usually do plumbing fixes myself, this was right at the well head and there's no way I was messing with that. After he fixed the two breaks, he followed up in the days after to make sure there weren't further issues.

I would never come back to this place to spend a cent and already instruct my staff not to come to this place. Customer service is not in their menu nor is their food any good. Will need a big dose of peptobismal
