I asked one simple thing --for a phone call, when the surgeon sends the script to them. The most critical time in our lives, and the girl answering the phone refused to do that or alert the other staff.nnMy husband and I can can't leave the hospital in Dallas and drive to the boonies until we know his post op medicine will be available. The hospital is keeping his pain under control every 2 hours, we are all waiting . His entire L and T spine was removed 8 days ago, and I won't be put in this situation again
