We have called these guys for both residential and commercial services and they have been great both times. They saved us both during a summer heatwave and recently during the Texas freeze of 2021. Their staff has been professional and friendly and the repairs have been great quality. Both times they took their time to identify the problem and fix it right.

Great customer service! They are honest and timely, two traits that are hard two find anymore when doing business. Decatur heat and air have always done us right. With repairs and maintenance.

Absolutely amazed by how professional these guys are. My wife is pregnant and due soon, we were having issues with our system so decided to replace it. These guys showed up on time, were extremely well mannered and ready to work. They didn’t make a mess, and if they did then they cleaned it up right away! They didn’t yell and shout, no cursing, no filthy conversation, no complaining. These are some top notch guys working for a top notch company. Hands down best choice.

Earlier this year, Decatur Heat & Air replaced our entire unit and did us a fantastic job! This visit, they came out for our fall service which is part of the service plan we purchased. Luke was our service professional. Once again, he was very professional but still personable - easy to talk to and once again, he tolerated our nosey busy body birddogs!nnOne of the biggest plus factors for me with Decatur Heat & Air is that anytime I have called them or received a call from them, the person on the other end of the call has always been super nice and friendly - even after all the work was complete. Each call still feels like they appreciate their customers, no matter the size the job. Decatur Heat & Air - I highly recommend this company!!!
