Worst customer service in town. It’s sad because I only eat dominos pizza. I consistently have had bad experiences with this store. We ordered a pizza. They can’t deliver no problem. We will go pick it up. Then we get their and the pizza has not even been cooked. It’s another ten minutes. Then they have to void the ticket, and we have to repay. I guess I messed up and didn’t bring money with me, so my bad. I try to only write good reviews, but maybe these guys need a little help in the customer service department. I’m sure they are great guys, just don’t have the proper training.

We did curb side pickup and ordered and waited literally right outside the front door with hazard on from the start of the order till about 20 minute after the pickup and had to call to get them to bring it out then when they employee brought the food out finally he told us to go through the drive-thru next time... What's the point of curbside pick up if you don't honor it and tell your customers to just got to the drive-thru

Apart from not answering the phone and being on a 20+ min hold that hanged up I ordered the pizza in person. The pizza was not cut and the toppings where wrong this was not the first time this has happened they are under trained and under staffed

Bad customer service after hours. I will be eating Pizza Hut from now on.
