I would give absolutely zero stars if I could. $67 worth of food served cold. $67 worth of food delivered wrong. Over an hour on customer service with nothing but busy signals. Pathetic

Terrible service constantly forgetting items on delivery orders then having to jump through hoops to get it corrected. Delivery personnel have always been friendly and helpful my guess is poor management

This Pizza Hut disappoints me practically every time I go there. You place an order online to be picked up in 20 mins, you get there NO PIZZA so you go ahead and pay. You wait for 45 mins… NO PIZZA then they inform you that they don’t have something on your order but refuse to give you your money back for that item (they sure take your money real quick). After a full hour, you finally get your pizza. In this time frame, you see multiple people place their orders at the register and they get their orders 30 mins prior to yours that was placed online an hour ago.

Update: over a month later and they have stolen 1 complementary order of wings they promised to make up for forgetting the first order of wings that were paid for. Neither was ever delivered. A 2nd set of with gas was paid for the night I originally posted this rev6. Eff the complimentary wings. They stole money for 2 separated orders of wings and refuse still to refund the money they stole or try to even make it right.nnPs, Joe's Italian at 290 and 1488 has fresh ingredient in their pizzas and are way better, and they wont steal your money...nnThey keep forgetting part of an order and haven't delivered a product that was paid for 3 times now... so basically this location stole money for a product they never delivered. Its definitely worth making the drive to the waller location or picking dominos unless you're ok with this place stealing your money...

I put in a order for wings to be delivered 3 hours ago still havent received it but I have received my bigger order from dominos that I ordered 30 mins ago
