Last time we ordered the pizza was cold and stale before we got it. This time I mentioned this and explicitly asked that the driver text us when they were leaving to deliver. They didn’t and the pizza was even worse this time. It was stone cold when we got it and even after re-heating it was tough and stale. We used to order a lot from them because they’re only 10 blocks away, but no more.
Two of the four employees I saw inside were wearing their masks below their chins, not covering their mouths or noses. Employees that are unwilling to follow basic human health guidelines in regards to masks make me think that they are also unwilling to follow basic human health guidelines in regards to food preparation and handling. I will not be ordering from Austin's Pizza again.
Great place for pizza! Love popping by to pick up lunch or dinner
