The Menagerie has the finest jewelry, most fabulous crystal, and special gifts for all ages! The owner and the staff are incredible. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Vickie or Josh. They always have what you need or else get it for you very quickly. The service and quality are impeccable! I love buying and getting their specially wrapped packages. When you see that luscious pink / salmon box with their beautiful bow, you KNOW you are in for a fabulous treat! (And shopping their is truly a treat too - I always leave feeling like a million bucks - even on the rare occasions I don’t spend a penny ❤ufe0f)

The best place for a wedding registry in Austin! They have a great selection of both new and antique pieces and an easy to use online system for ordering gifts. Registering in-store with Vickie and Emily was such a wonderful and special experience - so much more personal than a big box store. Shop local and register at the Menagerie!

Vickie is amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure I got my custom made ring in time for a special event. You will feel like her one and only client. She works closely with you to ensure your every happiness. There is a good reason the Menagerie is an Austin institution. Whether you are looking for the most beautiful diamond ring, registry items or the perfect gift this is where you want to be.

in a world where so many of us shop online, with little to no customer service, I am so grateful that The Menagerie is still here to help me when I need a needle in a haystack. They truly care that you get the help you need to find the perfect thing , beautifully wrap it all up with a big bow and deliver it for you. One stop shopping at it’s finest.

After a frustrating experience with another Jeweler, some friends recommended that I visit The Menagerie to get help with modifications to my fiance's ring - I am very glad I took their advice. Josh, and every other person representing The Menagerie, were incredibly welcoming and enjoyable to work with. Josh, who is the jewelry expert, was able to help me with the ring and he got the job done fast. Even more important to me, Josh (and team) made me feel like and old friend from the beginning. I recommend The Menagerie to anyone and everyone looking for jewelry, and plan to go back for any additional jewelry needs in the future.
