FAST, FRIENDLY AND EFFECTIVE! Called on a Sunday morning and got a call back right away. They had Jared here within an hour and he quickly fixed the issue and answered our (many) questions about how to keep it from happening again. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me at 8:00 in the morning and were here with 30 minutes of the discussion. They were able to remove and replace two hot water heaters in the day, within the timeframe that I needed the work done. It was easy and they did a great job.

The tech came quickly and did a good job with inspecting and diagnosing the problem with my shower. He then gave me an estimate about three times what I thought was a fair price. To make it look acceptable by comparison he supplied two more estimates for a greater scope of work than I needed, also 3x inflated but for 2x the work, so $800 for work I had hoped to pay maybe $70 in labor and $60 in parts. I gladly ave him his $60 diagnostic fee and did the work myself.nIn short, good competent professionals, unscrupulous business model.
