Dallas did excellent work to find leak.
Wonderful company and wonderful work. Some of the best customer service I have received from the many companies I've had to call since the craziness the freeze brought with it. Jessica was wonderful and attentive and very patient with my copious questions. She made the whole process very easy and gave me all the information I needed. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Would highly recommend!
Had my disposal go out during this winter weather, tried to fix it my self and broke one of the pipes called Reliant to see if they had any openings. I was able to get in thankfully. Danielle was very sweet on the phone and provided us with how their appointments work. She kept me posted throughout the day on expected times honestly great customer service super impressed. Jason O was the plumber who arrived, he was on time in a face mask and boot covers. He was so knowledgeable, and helpful. He is quick at what he does but spent time making sure his work was done correctly by testing everything. Honestly, this company impressed me from the phone call but followed through with the work their plumbers do. They are now my go-to plumber!!! Thanks, Reliant, and team !!!
I submitted an online request with Reliant Plumbing about a sulfur smell in our laundry room and bathroom. I was contacted right away and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician who helped us, Dallas, was professional, thorough and worked quickly. We were given a comprehensive set of estimates for different options. Reliant Plumbing has been excellent to work with and I plan on continuing to use them for any plumbing work needed for the house.
What can I say other than these guys are the awesome. I have never had a better technician come to my house. Professional with a reasonable price! Great work ethic and attention to detail. I'll put the word out to anyone who needs a plumber. Shout out to Ray Baker over at Reliant Plumbing.
